A New Look for National Registration

After reviewing this page please select either Local (Light Blue Button), State (Red Button) or National (Blue Button) to register for your respective games.

We are pleased to announce that the National Senior Games Association (NSGA) is in the process of making improvements to all aspects of The Games. We have introduced a new online registration system. This new system is a robust and world class software solution that is easy to use and should make your registration process quick and smooth.

With our new system, you will keep your NSGA Account number but ALL PASSWORDS have been reset. An email will be sent and a postcard will be mailed with your new registration code/password. (See Below)

Please be sure to check your inbox or spam/junk mailbox for a reminder of your NSGA account number and registration code/password as well as your receipt and confirmation emails.

Registration Instructions

There are two ways to register:

  1. Online: Follow the “How to Register Online” instructions (see below). Please Click Here to download the "How To Register Online" instructions.

  2. Mail-in: Request and then Complete the registration form and mail to:

        2013 National Senior Games
        National Senior Games Association
  PO Box 82059
Baton Rouge, LA 70884
  • Additional Fees will be charged for mail in registrations.
  • The National Senior Games Association (NSGA) and Greater Cleveland Sports Commission (GCSC) cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected mail.

How to Register Online

  1. Go to www.NSGA.com and click the link for online registration.
  2. Enter your NSGA account/registration number or enter your email address followed by your registration code/password found on the mailed postcard.
  3. Once logged in, please follow the steps to complete your registration process. The system will only allow you to register for events for which you are qualified.

Confirmation Forms

Upon completion of online registration you will receive two emails. One will be a receipt and the other will be a confirmation email. Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not received these two emails within 24 hours. Official confirmation letters will be mailed out in three/four waves beginning in February.

Registration Questions

If you have questions about which events you are qualified for, please contact your state organization. For questions regarding registration, call the NSGA (225) 766-6800 or e-mail registration@nsga.com.

Deadline

We understand that participants are learning to navigate through the new website and utilize a new online registration system, and have lots of questions regarding this new process. With this in mind, we have extended the early registration deadline to Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Midnight Eastern Standard Time.

Regular Registration begins Friday, March 1, 2013 and must be completed online or postmarked by Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at Midnight Eastern Time.

Teams: It is the team captain’s responsibility to submit the proper team fees in one payment. Rosters must be finalized by Wednesday, May 1, 2013. Roster changes must be reported to the NSGA no later than Wednesday, May 1, 2013.

Mail-in Processing Fee

While we understand that some athletes need to mail in their registration forms, we are trying to encourage as many as possible to use our new online registration system. We’re doing so for several important reasons:

  1. Use of the online system will bring many new and exciting benefits to the users.
  2. Use of the system will make communicating with you easier.
  3. We are doing as much as we can to be sensitive to environmental issues and reducing the amount of paper used by the Games.
  4. Use of the new system also helps in our efforts to keep the registration fee as low as possible.

Partners

The partner you qualified with will automatically be stored in the system as your partner for the National Games. Please also see Rule E of the 2013 National Senior Games Rules Book in regards to rules pertaining to doubles partners.

Teams

  • The team captain of your qualifying team is the only one who can register your team and must register first.
  • Once your team is registered, team members must still register themselves and are subject to the one-time 2013 National Senior Games $7 processing fee. (see processing fee)
  • If you need to change the captain or the team name, please contact the NSGA.
  • Captain’s must submit all changes and finalize rosters no later than Wednesday, May 1, 2013.

Individual/Team Processing Fee

Whether you are an individual athlete or a team member you will need to log in or submit a paper form and pay a $7 processing fee. It is a one-time fee for the 2013 National Senior Games no matter how many sports/events or changes to your registration are made. There is no longer a team processing fee.
